JB Performance ‘Black Diamond’ Ceramic Coating Services for 12″ to 18″ supercharger rotors. This ceramic coating has a fill rate of around 0.0015″. Ceramic coating will not chip or flake like the factory epoxy or abradable coatings. Rotors are measured by actual rotor length with shaft length removed.

Rotors are blasted, ultrasonically cleaned to remove oil, heat baked to remove oil, professionally hand cleaned, then coated and baked.

If you wish to send rotors in for ceramic coating, we require the rotors to be removed from the bearing plate. No disassembly, assembly or repair work will take place here except when sent in for a full rebuild.
