Jon Bond Performance Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jon Bond Performance (JBP). Please review our shipping guidelines, processing timelines, and policies below.
Domestic Shipping & Processing
- Carrier Options: Website orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS. Phone orders are shipped exclusively via UPS.
- Processing Time: JBP processes orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delays: If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you immediately with an expected dispatch date.
- Daily Pickups: UPS picks up from our facility daily on or before 2:00 PM. Please note that USPS pickup times are unpredictable and less reliable.
- Tracking & Security: All orders include tracking and are packaged securely for safe delivery. Items valued over $225 require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Liabilities & Insurance
While we ensure your package is handed off securely to the carrier, JBP is not responsible for:
- Items damaged or lost in transit.
- Carrier delivery delays.
- Theft after delivery (porch piracy).
- Delivery failures due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Need Insurance? Supercharger kits are always fully insured by JBP. For all other items, shipping insurance is optional and available upon request at actual cost. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your carrier, local police, or the postal inspector.
Note: The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be processed as a standard return per our Returns Policy.
International Shipping
We ship to all international destinations approved by the United States government. We highly recommend UPS for all international destinations and high-value orders.
- Delivery Timelines: Delivery times vary by carrier and method. If you choose USPS, please expect delivery windows to range anywhere from 1 to 45 days.
- Customs, Duties, & Fees: All customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- If shipping via UPS, you may contact us prior to shipment to pre-pay these fees through our UPS software.
- Customs Documentation: JBP files all required customs paperwork and provides commercial invoices at no charge. We participate in electronic invoicing where accepted.
- Legal Compliance: All shipments must travel under a JBP shipping label for proper customs clearance. In accordance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 554), JBP strictly prohibits and will not participate in the devaluation of products on customs invoices.
- Exception: Customer-provided labels may only be used if no invoice is required (e.g., returning a non-repairable supercharger).
Warranty Information
- Racing/Competition: Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only. They are not warranted for wear, tear, or breakage under any circumstances.
- Superchargers: Superchargers are not returnable for credit or refund.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Most parts are warranted by their respective manufacturer for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
