Return, Exchange, or Cancellation Policy

Important Notice: Supercharger Rebuilds & Technical Expertise

Installing bearings and seals requires proprietary tools and specialized knowledge that is not published by the manufacturer. Rebuilding a supercharger is a highly complex procedure. Bearings and seals are easily damaged during the rebuild process if the correct installation tools are not used.

• JBP is not responsible for any damage incurred from improper installation.
• We do not cover damage resulting from the use of internet videos as a source of information.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and are only permitted if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) have not yet shipped.
• The items are not special orders (e.g., supercharger kits, custom parts).
• How to Cancel: You must make direct contact and receive a confirmation response from a JBP employee. A phone call is highly recommended, as our shipping department does not have direct email access.

Why the 10% fee? Since 2021, major credit card processors no longer refund processing fees to merchants and charge additional fees to process refunds.

2. Exchange Policy

Parts may be exchanged free of charge if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) have not yet shipped. (If your item has already shipped, please see the Return Policy below).
• The items are not special orders (e.g., supercharger kits, custom parts).
• How to Exchange: You must contact us and receive a confirmation response via phone or email.
• Fee: There is no fee for an exchange prior to shipping.

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Eligible Items: Automatically approved return items include standard bearings, seals, oil, gaskets, and hard parts.
• Ineligible Items: Special orders (supercharger kits, custom parts, custom coatings) and aluminum impellers with broken box seals cannot be returned. Exceptions are only granted via email.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Any part showing evidence of improper installation, abuse, handling, or altered packaging will be denied.

Return Fees

• Standard Returns: Subject to a 20% restocking fee. This covers non-refundable credit card processing fees and the labor required to sort and restock assembled parts kits back into individual components.
• Exchanges: Automatically approved returns for an exchange are not subject to the 20% restocking fee.
• JBP Errors: If JBP made an error in pulling your parts, the restocking fee is waived, and return shipping may be covered.

How to Process Your Return:

1. Include a copy of your original invoice inside the return package.
2. Write “RETURN” clearly on the invoice.
3. Ship the package to the address listed at the top of the invoice. Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. (International customers: if JBP made an error, contact us first for specific instructions).

Refund Processing & Denials

• Please allow 2 to 4 business days after arrival for review and processing of your refund. If a delay exceeds 4 business days (due to out-of-office travel), please call or email for a status update.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Denied Returns: All denied returns will receive an explanation via email. You have 30 days from the notification date to arrange and pay for return shipping to get the item back. Denied items left after 30 days will be disposed of.
• For international orders, JBP will not reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees under any circumstances. Any shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.”

4. Chargeback, Dispute, & Returned Payment Policy

By submitting a return, you agree to allow JBP 2 to 4 business days to process your refund.

• Chargeback Fee: If you bypass our system and submit a credit card chargeback or dispute, a $50 processing fee will be applied.
• Legal Action: All fraudulent or returned payments will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in Kossuth County Court.
• Credit Impact: Delinquent accounts and fraudulent disputes will be reported to major credit bureaus and turned over to collection agencie
• In the event of legal action or debt collection to recover reversed payments, the purchaser agrees to pay all attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees incurred by JB Performance.
