Description

Exact fit JB Performance Billet direct fit replacement counter-clockwise YSi trim style impeller.  The blades must curve in a counter-clockwise pattern. Impeller is red anodized and has a JB Performance logo.

Direct Fit for the following Vortech Superchargers:

• Vortech V7 YSi trim.
• Vortech V7 YSI-B trim

If you are unsure of your fitment, measure the inducer (intake) side of the impeller blade diameter. It should be right around 3.75″ or 95 mm.

Installation note: On some V7 volute applications, there is an internal flange that is machined and bolted into the volute. It is secured by recessed bolts. Many times, we find that this plate is not installed flat, or square within the volute and the recessed bolts are sticking up or not quite centered. If you find that your impeller is hitting these bolt when installed, you will need to remove all of the recessed bolts, remove the ring, clean the area up. Reinstall properly by starting all the recessed bolts to a loose fit, then in a star pattern, snug. Once they are snug, remove them one at a time and use blue locktite to hold them in place. This is not an impeller issue with JB Performance, but more that the volute was put together poorly at the factory. Since the factory impeller is slightly smaller, this poorly assembled area does not affect the stock impeller. When put together properly and shimmed properly, the impeller should never touch these bolts.
