Get factory reliability with a fully remanufactured L6 Mercury Verado supercharger from Jon Bond Performance. All internal parts are provided by the original manufacturer, IHI Turbo America. JB Performance has a factory trained technician installing all of the components.

Included in this listing is a full remanufacture of this supercharger.

  • L6 Mercury Verado Supercharger core.
  • Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt.
  • We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
  • ALL internal consumables are replaced with IHI provided parts.
  • All new 2025 G3 billet bearing plate rotorpack assembly from the gears to the rear bearings- made and assembled by IHI Turbo, the company that built the supercharger for Mercury.
  • New couplers.
  • New drive snout shaft and all pins.
  • New drive snout bearing and seal.
  • New gaskets, orings, and all hardware.
  • Includes mounted pulley.
  • All assembly labor and testing.
  • 1 year warranty. If there was engine failure, all intake manifold parts must be fully cleaned, including the intercooler. Warranty WILL NOT cover ingestion of foreign contaminates, detonation damage or lack of lubrication from a poorly maintained engine.
Only parts re-used: original case casting, discharge plenum, intake plenum, drive snout casting, pulley.
To install: Remove your old sensors and install in new unit. Remove the 2 cover hold down bolts and install on new unit. Pulley must measure 78mm (just a tad over 3″). Make sure your unit has a vent (90 degree brass piece on the front of the drive, next to the pulley.) If you do not have a vent, ask us to provide you with a supercharger that has no vent on the drive. There is no extra fee.

*Core fee: To receive the $400, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
