JBP can help draw, replicate, and even produce your custom gasket. Our fee is based off of popularity and how much time is involved in re-creating the gasket and the size.

We have equipment to scan a gasket, draw the gasket, and cut the gasket. We can scan and cut a gasket from 22″x26″ in size. If you already have a file, the gasket will cost less to produce. If the gasket is a common gasket that we believe could be marketed, the cost to design it will be even less.

You can even send parts in and we will scan the product to recreate a gasket for you.

Just send in the gasket or the product for a free estimate. Please note that if you have a gasket, send it between layers of cardboard to avoid damage.
