- 2005-2006 Scion TC TRD Supercharger core.
- Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt. The external coating has been upgraded to Porsche Silver with black highlights.
- We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
- All internal input bearings are replaced with SKF. Output bearings are replaced with GMN Ceramic Bearings that meet or equal that exceed specifications.
- Flouro-rubber SKF front seal, OEM style PTFE output seal- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection. No glued in or pounded in rubber seals that are not designed for the application.
- Any internal parts that are worn are repaired or replaced.
- New marine grade stainless hardware.
- Includes jackshaft key, oil injector, and drain line.
- JB Performance Billet Impeller Wheel- 8-10% power improvement over stock impeller.
- Jackshaft and the rest of the TRD components can be coated to match for an extra fee.
- All assembly labor and testing.
- Supercharger is ready to install without any annoying break-in procedures. Just remove protective film, keep dirt and dust out of it, and place into service.
- 55,000 maximum improved RPM. Stock was 51,000.
*Core fee: To receive the $800, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
