Discontinued and upgraded TRD head ‘V5 F’ trim Supercharger. Get factory reliability with a fully remanufactured 2005-2006 Scion TC TRD supercharger from Jon Bond Performance. JB Performance uses all name brand components and specifically choose parts which will exceed minimum engineering specifications.

Included in this listing is a full remanufacture of this supercharger.

  • 2005-2006 Scion TC TRD Supercharger core.
  • Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt. The external coating has been upgraded to Porsche Silver with black highlights.
  • We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
  • All internal input bearings are replaced with SKF.  Output bearings are replaced with GMN Ceramic Bearings that meet or equal that exceed specifications.
  • Flouro-rubber SKF front seal,  OEM style PTFE output seal- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection. No glued in or pounded in rubber seals that are not designed for the application.
  • Any internal parts that are worn are repaired or replaced.
  • New marine grade stainless hardware.
  • Includes jackshaft key, oil injector, and drain line.
  • JB Performance Billet Impeller Wheel- 8-10% power improvement over stock impeller.
  • Jackshaft and the rest of the TRD components can be coated to match for an extra fee.
  • All assembly labor and testing.
  • Supercharger is ready to install without any annoying break-in procedures. Just remove protective film, keep dirt and dust out of it, and place into service.
  • 55,000 maximum improved RPM. Stock was 51,000.

*Core fee: To receive the $800, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
