- Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt.
- We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
- Bypass bearings and butterfly are replaced to avoid annoying vacuum and boost leaks.
- JB Performance Supercharger oil- the best in the business. Reduces gear case temperatures. Made in the USA.
- All drive snout bearings, front and rear rotor bearings are replaced with SKF or equal that exceed specifications.
- Flouro-rubber SKF front seal, OEM style PTFE rotor seals- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection. No glued in or pounded in rubber seals that are not designed for the application.
- Upgraded carbon fiber coupler.
- *NEW* 2300AX matching rotor set. JB Performance purchased all the old Saleen supercharger parts stock from the bankruptcy.
- Includes new and tested bypass valve.
- Any internal parts that are worn are repaired or replaced.
- Intercooler orings and lid gasket have been replaced.
- Intercooler has been ultrasonic cleaned and pressure tested.
- All assembly labor and testing.
- Supercharger is ready to go. Avoid any annoying break-in procedures. Just add oil, remove protective film, keep dirt and dust out of it, and place into service.
- Includes Throttle body gasket and supercharger manifold to intake manifold orings.
- Supercharger has minor scratches and chips. Surfaces and coatings to outside of supercharger have NOT been restored.
- 1 year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.
*Core fee built in. To receive a core fee back, your old supercharger will need to be inspected. Value can vary from $0 to $2000. To receive full core value, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant internal or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
