Description

Remanufactured Mercruiser 575SCi G2 Supercharger Assembly. G1 head units have oil in the back. G2 head units do not. They are cross-compatible.

Includes the following:

• Rebuilt supercharger, with rebuilt and assembled drive snout, with a rebuilt tensioner assembly. Case and rotors are in perfect condition. No play in drive splines or pulley. No damage to gasket areas or stripped out bolt holes. Paint condition is good to great shine, some small chips near lower base mounting area on left side, oil level sight glass has a few chips. Chip of paint missing on all hardware (Mercruiser always paints the stainless hardware.)
• 3.85″ pulley
• Full of the correct amount of ceramic full synthetic oil by Tribodyne.

Includes the following services:

• All bearings, seals, and gaskets have been replaced with name brand components such as Timken, SKF, National when available.
• All components have been checked for tolerance and replaced where necessary.
• Everything has been cleaned, assembled, inspected, and rebuilt back to OEM tolerances.
• 1 year limited warranty on workmanship and materials.

Trade in of old supercharger core is accepted before or after the purchase and is not required. Working, rebuildable units with good gears, shafts, pulley, and rotors are worth around $800 to $1100 based on condition. IF any of these parts are bad, then good parts will be pro-rated.
