- Land Rover/Jaguar 5.0L Supercharger core.
- Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt.
- We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
- Bypass bearings are replaced to avoid annoying vacuum leaks.
- JB Performance Supercharger oil- the best in the business. Reduces gear case temperatures. Made in the USA.
- All drive snout bearings, front and rear rotor bearings are replaced with SKF or equal that exceed specifications.
- Flouro-rubber SKF front seal, OEM style PTFE rotor seals- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection. No glued in or pounded in rubber seals that are not designed for the application.
- Upgraded Eaton genuine carbon fiber coupler.
- JB Performance DimpleX ceramic coated rotors. Reduces rotor heat soak. No coating to flake off and plug the intercooler. Performs better than the OEM coating.
- Includes mounted pulley and bypass valve.
- Any internal parts that are worn are repaired or replaced.
- All assembly labor and testing.
- Supercharger comes with oil preinstalled and is ready to install without any annoying break-in procedures. Just remove protective film, keep dirt and dust out of it, and place into service.
*Core fee: To receive the $500, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging.
