If you have ever serviced an 03-04 Mustang Cobra intercooler and supercharger, chances are you have encountered difficulty in removing the supercharger intercooler from the supercharger. Not only is the silicone cleanup annoying and time consuming, but care needs to be taken to not damage the intercooler or bend the aluminum frame of the intercooler. Adding further insult, we often see silicone in all the bolt holes and stripped out threads. End the frustration with this gasket.
