• Core is fully disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, vapor honed, and rebuilt.
• We don’t just clean the unit, replace a few of the worn parts and send it back out, like competitors. We FULLY remanufacturer the supercharger. NO BEARINGS OR SEALS ARE RE-USED.
• JB Performance Supercharger oil- the best in the business. Reduces gear case temperatures. Made in the USA.
• All drive snout bearings, front and rear rotor bearings are replaced with SKF or equal that exceed specifications.
• Flouro-rubber SKF front seal,  OEM style PTFE rotor seals- can take Methanol or Alcohol injection. No glued in or pounded in rubber seals that are not designed for the application.
• Upgraded Eaton genuine carbon fiber coupler.
• JB Performance DimpleX ceramic coated rotors. Reduces rotor heat soak. No coating to flake off and plug the intercooler. Performs better than the OEM coating.
• Includes mounted AFTERMARKET performance pulley with serpentine belt.
• Any internal parts that are worn are repaired or replaced.
• All assembly labor and testing.
• Supercharger comes with oil in both sides. Just remove protective film, add oil, keep dirt and dust out of it, and place into service.
• 1 year limited warranty.

*Core fee: To receive the $300, the supercharger must be well packaged on return, be rebuildable, have a working bypass and pulley. Bearings, seals, and rotor coating condition does not matter. Any significant or shipping damage could affect core value, so we suggest to pack in original packaging. Damaged cores will be pro-rated.
