Description

The factory plastic washers break and leak over time from UV exposure and heat. Our design will solve the problem.
 
We solve the problem by tossing out the plastic washers and using PTFE washers and a flourubber oring in the glass pocket. This provides a leak free seal and heat and UV protection beyond 300 degrees.
 
Includes: 
 
4 flourorubber orings to go inside the glass channel. Use of a silicone grease or vasoline help ease the installation. Cleanup with rubbing alcohol after installation will ease installation.
4 PTFE washers that mount on the top side, under the round grommet nut.
2 PTFE washers that mount below the sunroof mounting tab guides.
